• The Parish policy for St. Angela Merici is that we do not offer receptions for private events nor do we rent out our facilities for private events. Parish organizations or ministries may utilize Parish facilities for Parish sponsored events. There are no exceptions to this rule.

• Permission for approved Parish facilities, equipment, or furnishings must come through the Parish administration of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

· Limited to 5 announcements per Mass.
· Event must be taking place within the next 2 weeks.
· Announcement is subject to editing if it is longer than pre-approved format.
· Announcements will be included on a first come, first serve basis.
· Announcements must be received by Wednesday afternoon prior to that weekend’s masses, sent to Pius Leung: [email protected]
· Format must be no longer than 3 sentences since additional information is found in the bulletin, grapevine, website, and social media.  Announcement should include:
o   Who
o   What
o   When
o   Where
